WORKING PRINCIPLE

The pulse dust collector is a device that filters in a dry manner. It captures relatively fine, dry, non-fibrous dust. The filter bag is made of textile filter cloth and non-textile felt, using the filtering effect of fiber fabric to filter the gas with dust, when the gas with dust is sucked into the assembled bag filter, some particles of large, repeatedly large dust, due to its own gravity of the role of settling down, falling in the dust hopper there, with fine dust gas in the filter material, the dust is isolated out, so that the gas is purified.

EQUIPMENT FEATURES

• It can purify particle size 0.25um-10um, sub-microscopic dust (diameter <0.25um) gas with high efficiency, which can be up to 99.9% or more.

The pulse dust collector can handle a variety of dry dusts, and its purification efficiency is much higher than that of electrostatic precipitator when purifying dusts with high specific resistance.

• It is suitable for dust removal where the concentration range of dusty gases varies considerably, and the dust removal efficiency and the resistance of the dust collector change very little when the gas concentration changes.
